My best dressed female award goooeees to Meagan Good, and here is why. Meagan is no doubt one of the sexiest black woman in Hollywood and she has never gone under the knife. Haven said that, rocking a green dress is one of the riskiest things to do, now to do that and still look this good, I think she deserves it. Toni Braxton on the other hand doesn't know when to grow up, she still thinks that she can compete with this young girls. Toni, we love you but this your dress is NOT JUST OK DOT COM. So you are considered worse dressed. In the gents angle, 2 Chainz is my best dressed on this carpet cos his outfit was just appropriate for the occasion. He nailed this look with that denim jacket that I've already stolen in my mind, and that dramatic pose. My worse dressed man would be Akon. Those pants look like what Nelson Mandela left in his closet way long before he took ill.
